The 14th<\/sup> century saw the deposing and murder of two kings, the impact of the Black Death and the Peasants’ Revolt. The 15th<\/sup> century saw the escalating conflict of the Houses of Lancaster and York which resulted in the Wars of the Roses and only ended on Bosworth Field with the victory of the first Tudor monarch Henry VII.
