We shall study: Wolf Hall (2009), which charts Cromwell\u2019s rise to greatness; Bring Up the Bodies (2012), which covers the machinations that led to Boleyn\u2019s beheading; and The Mirror and the Light (2020), which is a more difficult read for all those who find Mantel\u2019s Thomas Cromwell a sympathetic character.<\/p>\n
