Online course: From Nebuchadnezzar to Alexander the Great

Michael Tunnicliffe

This Zoom course provides an overview of ancient history from 630BC – 330BC covering 30 years per session. It will examine the interplay of culture from Persia, Mesopotamia, the Holy Land, Greece, Rome and the west. This period was crucial in the emergence of the world that we would recognise today, as power began to shift from the Middle East to the emerging powers of Greece and Rome.
