and on Mondays Gerald of Wales’ Descriptio Cambriae and Gerald of Wales Descriptio Cambriae Book II

In the Autumn we will continue with both texts:

Mondays: Gerald of Wales, Descriptio Cambriae Book 2 and Itinerarium

Wednesdays: Caesar de Bello Gallic Book 4 and 5 (the British Expeditions) and Pliny the Younger, Letters on Vesuvius.

we also have formed an informal working group, which is working on a publishable translation of Pliny the Elder’s notes on Bees and beekeeping. If you are interested in joining the working group, please send an email to Birgitta Hoffmann.
