This Zoom course provides an introduction to world mythology. After a preliminary overview, each week will focus on the pantheon of gods and goddesses in such diverse cultures as India, Mesopotamia, Egypt, Scandinavia, Greece, and Central America. We will examine both the similarities and the distinctive elements in each of these cultures
